Web Tailor

• Log in to Sail for PROD. For TEST the link is on the Banner home page
• Click on Web Tailor Administration
• Click on User Roles
• Add the user ID (Grizzly ID) to the User ID field (can look up GID in SOAIDEN)
  • To look up the GID open the SOAIDEN form
  • Next to ID field, click the drop don arrow
  • Select Person Search
  • Enter the first and last name of the user you're looking for
  • Hit the F8 button to bring up that user's GID
• Find the role requested and click on it
• Click on Submit Changes
• Update form and ticket
