- Query the document you wish to email
- You can select email one of two ways:
- You can select email from the drop down menu by clicking on the arrow next to the document
- You can open the document and click the email link at the top right corner of the page
- Enter your email address for Mail Registration
- You will receive a confirmation code via email
- Enter Confirmation Code in the Mail Confirmation window and click OK
- Enter the email address you wish to send to and any CCs
- Uncheck "Send Attachments as Hyperlinks" as not everyone you mail to will have access to BDM. In doing this, it will mail as PDF instead
- You should get a confirmation that the email was succesful
