Staff and Faculty will keep their email as long as they have an Active PEAEMPL record in Banner.
Faculty will also keep their email as long as they have Emeritus status on PEAFACT after they have been marked Terminated on PEAEMPL.
Any staff or faculty that has been marked as terminated in Banner will have their NetIDs moved to restriced access.
