Introduction:

The new Cisco VoIP system offers many new features over the traditional HiCom system currently in use on Oakland University’s main campus.

Traditional HiCom Phones (ROLM):

Speed Dial

CallerID available on high-end phones only
Speaker Phone available on high-end phones only
All phones must have a unique extension
All Phone buttons are fixed regardless of the phone state (on hook, off hook, ringing, in call)
A single light for a Message Waiting Indicator (MWI)
